Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Swif, but If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product, simply follow the directions below to return the product within 14 working days after receipt of the products by you, and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Please ensure the product is in all its original packaging and has not been used, If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

Please contact us at perfume@swif.uk before returning any item with the order reference. We will send a free postage return Label to your email registered against the respective order. Our returns will be accepted at your nearest Royal Mail Collection center (preferable) or at a Postoffice. In case you cannot print the postage label, it will be printed at the collection center if you present the QRcode on the return label. It is Customer's responsibility to return the parcel at the collection center
