Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no
delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch
Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to Events outside our
control regarding exceptional circumstances.
We ship all UK Standard orders via Royal mail via Tracked 24 sign .
We currently only ship within the UK.
UK Mainland – (1-2 Working Days Post Dispatch) (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
This is a next working day delivery service, if order is placed before the cut-off time of 12 noon . Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.
Delivery times are estimated only and commence from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation.
If no one is available to sign the parcel, Parcel will be left with a neighbor or a safe place (if applicable) or instructions will be left on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
For the orders that are misplaced or incorrectly delivered, we follow a 7 working day dispute resolution policy. This is in line with Royal mail’s Service Level Agreement to investigate thoroughly to avoid any Fraudulent activities.

OWNERSHIP
Products purchased through Swif Perfume are fully owned by us and transfer of ownership
of the purchased product will pass on to you once full payment including applicable delivery
charges are paid.
If you have not received your products within 10 working days from the Dispatch Confirmation, you must notify us immediately by contacting perfume@swif.uk , quoting your order number. If you fail to inform us of non-delivery in time we will not refund or replace the products

HOW TO PAY
Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with most
major credit cards. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in
advance. We will charge your debit or credit card when you place your order.
We do not store credit card details. All our payments systems are handled by PayPal, Secure Payment gateways who all use a secure server that implements SSL technology (certified to the required standard for encrypted credit card transactions by VERISIGN) to protect your credit card information and assist your shopping experience. For information on how PayPal, Payment Gateways uses personal information, please see their respective policies. PayPal, Secure Payment Gateways provide us with limited data such as the shipping address, billing address, contact information and confirmation of payment.

your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product, simply follow the directions below to return the product within 14 working days after receipt of the products by you, and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a contract
caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes acts or events beyond our reasonable control, such as: industrial actions, riots, terrorist attacks or threats, natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes), or the inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
During the period a Force Majeure Event persists, our performance under any contract will be suspended, and we will be granted an extension of time for performance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event or find a solution to fulfill our contractual obligations despite the circumstances.
Either party may terminate a contract affected by a Force Majeure Event lasting more than 90 days. To cancel, please contact us. If you choose to cancel, you must return (at our expense) any products you have received, and we will refund the amount you have paid, including any delivery fees.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for purchasing products through a Swif Perfume website and any disputes or
claims arising from or related to these contracts, including non-contractual disputes, will be
governed by English law. Any disputes or claims will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of England and Wales.
